COVID-19 has changed the way we live and work entirely. Department of Education has produced guidance on how early years childcare providers should manage their setting during the outbreak.
Quality Childcare have therefore produced this website to give prospective parents an in sight into their setting in a safe way.
They hope that with the information they have provided for you on this website along with parental testimonies on their childcare.co.uk profile, you can make a decision on whether they can provide and meet your childcare needs.
Should you wish to register your child for a place with Quality Childcare please fill in your contact details and submit a message, detailing the days you shall require childcare and your proposed start date.
Should the carers be able to meet your childcare requirements you shall be sent a Starter Form.
All sections of the Starter Form shall need to be completed in return for the childminders to proceed with your request for a childcare place. Please use the Other Information section on the Starter Form to add your proposed start date and the required days for childcare.
If it is essential a face to face meeting will only be available on completion of a Starter Form and shall be based on parents meeting the carer's COVID -19 visitor requirements.
A registration fee will be a two week payment of your proposed childcare fee. Your registration fee is refundable when you have given and paid the required termination period.
Once your registration fee has been received you shall receive an email with an attachment of your Childcare Confirmation Letter and Settling In schedule.
The childminder's are aware of separation anxiety, that may become present to a child and their parents when new carer's and environments are being introduced, which is why they have made limited changes to their Settling In Procedure.
The Settling In procedure will still be within the related COVID-19 guidance set by Department of Education.
Severine is available weekdays between 1pm & 3pm to discuss your childcare requirements, 07988528001.
Continue to stay safe,
Severine Felix & Valentine Felix-John
